Becky Banaszak - Executive Director
Becky is a life long resident of Battle Creek.
She came to Rehab Associates as Office
Manager in 1992 and became an owner in
2000. Becky's dedication to upholding Rehab
Associates' mission was a major factor in her
movement to an owner position. She has over
25 years of experience in the healthcare field
and continues to be passionate about
providing quality rehab care to a community
she has been a part of for her entire life. Her
areas of responsibility are business and
personnel administration as well as marketing
and business development.

Karen Parshall - Billing and Coding
Karen is a 1999 graduate of Davenport College
where she earned an Associates degree in
Medical Coding and Billing. In 2000 she joined
the Rehab Associates team as our billing
specialist. Karen’s knowledge and skills in
coding and billing are outstanding. Her
cheerful attitude makes the front desk a fun
place to visit.
Karen is a 1999 graduate of Davenport College
where she earned an Associates degree in
Medical Coding and Billing. In 2000 she joined
the Rehab Associates team as our billing
specialist. Karen’s knowledge and skills in
coding and billing are outstanding. Her

Christine Watson - Reception and Registration
Christine is a lifelong resident of Battle Creek.
She graduated from Battle Creek Central and
continued on to earn an Associates degree from
Kellogg Community College as an Administrative
Assistant. During her free time, she enjoys
playing and teaching piano and playing disc golf
when there’s not snow on the ground. She has
been a part of our team since 2000. She
manages the front desk which includes scheduling
patients, transcription, and updating patient
benefits and accounts. Her attention to detail
and organizational skills are valuable assets.
