Rehab Associates was acquired by Southwest Regional Rehabilitation
Center on September 1, 2010.  Adult outpatient physical, occupational,
and speech therapy services have been relocated to 393 E. Roosevelt
Battle Creek, Michigan  49017.  The Children's Therapy Center was also
a part of this acquisition and remains located at 601 South Shore Dr.  
The new Southwest Children's Therapy Center also is the site for the
Envision Center  - a comprehensive program for  the treatment of autism.
